$75 Credit Card Deposit will get you Listed on REALTOR.ca

Yes It's True.  Some brokers will post your listing onto MLS.ca for a flat fee of a few hundred or less.
you can with a $75 Credit Card Deposit will get you Listed on REALTOR.ca

Now you listing will show on the MLS advertising site but typically cannot be found by address search because London or Kingston agents generally do not belong to the Toronto Real Estate Board. [Current membership is 44,000 agents in Toronto that you are excluding]

You handle all the appointments and deal with every agent who calls and enquires about the house.

The public is also calling you; asking questions

feeDuck - No thanks

So many new business models think everything online is FREE.

..as an agent bidding on a potential listing, you have to pre-provide them with a credit card to charge their fee IMMEDIATELY upon winning the bid... BUT there's no guarantee the owner will list at a realistic price, and no guarantee they won't change their mind about the listing. The agent bids on a 'listing' but it's not a legal and binding MLS listing, just a form filled in by the potential seller.

So let's recap

I don't know if your asking price is reasonable...
I don't know if you have more debt than house...
I don't know (yet) if you are the real owner...
I don't know how clean your house will be...
I don't know if you have PETS...
I don't know if you have done inspections...
I don't know how long it will take to sell...
I don't know if you will find the offer acceptable to take...
I don't know if you are buying another house...

You want me to Attract Purchaser with;
Produce video...  Youtube and unbranded Versions
Take Hi Res Images...
Advertise and Promote Online and with Social Media
and pay for brochures in full colour.
Say abreast of legislation

When I earn money I also pay taxes.

You want me to share a standard Co operating Commission.

The Buyer ALSO wants a REBATE....

The Private Sale - Etobicoke Real Estate

Pre- recession in the 90's the Big For Sale by Owner [FSBO] concept was Peartree.  Now we have Comfree and Property Guys. They give you a sign, some frames for your open house placards, some general instructions and you are on your own!  They post your ad on their website. Some add your listing to the MLS System.

The traffic and inquiries seem perfect?  But where are the offers?  Who helps the Buyers to move forward and create some urgency and focus?

Now what?   This video really gives a few life examples.

Yes, everyone would like everything to cost less. Etobicoke Real Estate is about knowing the community, giving context to all the available data, having insights about values and helping you decide the very best course of action for your family.

I am very prepared to negotiate for my commission, but remember, If I cannot negotiate my fee, how can I handle your equity?  The David Pylyp Group has 3 pricing structures to help you decide what level of service you need. http://youtu.be/9CK_T-drfrE You tell me.
